each stage of the recruiting process. Our clients are
assured of quality service and results.
Eric E. Bosch
Since 1979, Mr. Bosch’s reputation has been built on
the philosophy of excellence one client at a time. He has
pushed traditional boundaries to deliver the best staffing
solutions in a responsive, trusted, and timely manner.
Prior
to founding Bosch & Associates, Eric spent several years
with other leading search firms including O’Keefe
& Associates, Tidewater Group, Inc. ,

he focused heavily on the telecommunications and consumer
packaged goods industries.

Brian
J. Gardner
Prior
to joining Bosch & Associates, Mr. Gardner directed the
research and recruiting for Hunter International, Inc., a
retained search firm based in Connecticut. Previously, he
held several key management positions at The Tidewater
Group, Inc., and Weatherby Associates, Inc.,
two highly regarded, nationally focused recruiting firms.
As the Chief Operating Officer of a regional transportation
company, Brian built and directed a highly successful business,
managing the company’s P&L, until its sale in 1995.
Brian sees the executive search as a highly involved logic
problem. Each and every person has a role that is just right
for him or her. The trick is finding the right position to
make the perfect fit. With over 20 years of experience, Brian
brings significant professional depth and variety to Bosch
& Associates.
Directing his search practice on both senior level and middle-management
assignments, for companies such as Marsh and Mercer,
Brian has over solid recruiting expertise in Sales, Marketing,
General Management, Finance/Accounting and Human Resources
functions. Industry assignments include Telecommunications,
Data, Logistics, Retail, Consumer Products and Industrial
Manufacturing.

Kevin
C. Keating
Mr.
Keating’s executive search career began in 1982 and
has focused on Sales, Sales Management, Diversity Recruiting,
Corporate Marketing, and General Management within the Consumer
Package Goods industry. He has helped fill senior level positions
for many of the leading firms, such as Kellogg Company,
Clorox, and SAB Miller.
Prior to joining Bosch & Associates, Kevin was a Vice
President for O’Keefe & Associates Inc.
where he began as an executive search consultant in 1986.
He also worked with Britannia Inc., Career
Systems Inc., and the Tidewater Group.
Kevin uses an intense knowledge of the executive search industry,
teamwork, continued learning and hands on execution to deliver
to his clients. His search philosophy and path to recruiting
success are simple: Hard work. He provides clients total coverage
of their candidate universe; never assuming the project is
completed until the hired individual officially takes on the
new position. By methodically blanketing the market, he ensures
that the candidates he recommends to his clients are the best
executives for the position, not merely the most available.
Kevin’s
academic background includes a B.B.A. from Western Connecticut
State University and graduate studies at Fairfield University.
